Warren Trent Harbison
Warren Harbison is an attorney with the law firm of Harbison & Hoyt, LLC. He was
raised in Baldwin County. Mr. Harbison grew up in Fairhope, Alabama and attended Fairhope
High School. He received his Bachelors degree from the University of South Alabama in Mobile.
Mr. Harbison received his J.D. degree form the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William
H. Bowen School of Law. Mr. Harbison was a member of the Student Bar Association, a member of
the American Inn of Courts, and he participated in a volunteer program where he taught a high
school class on areas of the law.
Mr. Harbisons practice encompasses a wide range of matters, including: construction
disputes, commercial and residential real estate transactions, landlord and tenant issues,
accident cases, collection matters, contractual disputes, general corporate law, condo and
residential development issues, representation of home owners associations, business
formations, general business disputes, DUI & DWI charges, and criminal
defense.
Mr. Harbison is admitted to practice in Alabama and before the United States District
Court, Southern District of Alabama.
