Michael J. Hoyt

Michael J. Hoyt is an attorney with the law firm of Harbison & Hoyt LLC. He was raised in south Alabama and is a graduate of Daphne High School. Mr. Hoyt received his Bachelors degree from Auburn University. He attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law where he received his J.D. degree.

Mr. Hoyt’s practice encompasses a wide range of matters, including: construction litigation, real estate transaction matters, collection issues, contract cases, wills and trusts, probate matters, representation of home owner’s associations, business organizations, commercial litigation, DUI & DWI charges, and minor criminal offenses.

Mr. Hoyt is admitted to practice in Alabama and before the United States District Court, Southern District of Alabama.
