Attorney Warren Harbison is a native of Baldwin County, having grown up in Fairhope. He received his bachelor of arts degree with high honors from the University of South Alabama in Mobile. He then received his J.D. degree with honors from the University of Arkansas William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock. While there, Mr. Harbison was a member of the Student Bar Association, American Inn of Courts and participated in a volunteer program where he taught a high school class on areas of the law.
Mr. Harbisons practice covers a wide range of matters: Construction disputes, commercial and residential real estate transactions, landlord and tenant issues, accident cases, collection matters, contractual disputes, general corporate law, real estate development issues, business formations, general business disputes, DUI and DWI charges, and criminal defense.
He is admitted to practice law in Alabama and before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Alabama. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Baldwin County Bar.
